Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book or receive service from Nitido Autoworks, 195 6th St N, Carrington, ND 58421, or use nitidoautoworks.com.

Bookings and quotes

Online booking requests are requests, not confirmed appointments, until we confirm them. Prices shown as “from” or “starting at” are starting prices; the final price depends on vehicle size and condition and is confirmed in your quote or before work begins. Some services require a deposit when you approve a quote; deposits are applied to your final invoice.

Payment

Payment is due when service is complete unless your invoice states another due date. Card payments made online are processed securely by Stripe.

Vehicle condition

We note your vehicle’s existing condition before we begin and ask you to review the work at pickup. Please remove valuables before service.

Text messaging (SMS) program

• Program: Nitido Autoworks appointment notifications.
• What you’ll receive: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, quote approval links, invoices with payment links, and one review request after service. No marketing messages.
• How you join: by checking the optional text-message box on our booking form, or by giving your mobile number at the shop or by phone for appointment updates. Consent is not a condition of service.
• Frequency: message frequency varies, usually 2 to 5 messages per visit.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel; you’ll receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to rejoin.
• Help: reply HELP, call 701-650-9474, or email travis@nitidoautoworks.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
